Mission and values of Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange

The BCSE mission is to contribute to the formation of a full-fledged organized financial market in the Republic of Belarus that meets the needs of its participants, provides the state with effective market mechanisms for implementing monetary and budgetary policy, and performs its control and regulatory functions.
