the supreme management body of BCSE

Supervisory Board

provides general management of BCSE between the General Meetings of Shareholders

Board of Directors

collective executive body of BCSE accountable to the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting of Shareholders.

solves all issues related to the activities of BCSE, excluding accountable to the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board ones, in accordance with Belarusian legislation and (or) the Charter.

Chairman of the Board
coordinates the activities of:
Chief Accountant – Head of the Accounting and Reporting Division;
Executive Director coordinating the activities of the Information Technology Department, the Information Systems Project Department and the Information Systems Development Department;
HR Sector;
Project and Process Sector.

Deputy Chairman of the Board
coordinates the activities of:
Operations Department;
Clearing and Settlements Department;
Risk Sector;
Internal Control and Compliance Sector;
Customer Service Sector

Executive Director
coordinates the activities of:
Administrative and Economic Division;
Security Division;
Legal Division;
Internal Audit Sector.
