General Meeting of Shareholders

the supreme management body of BCSE

Supervisory Board

provides general management of BCSE between the General Meetings of Shareholders

Board of Directors

collective executive body of BCSE accountable to the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting of Shareholders.

solves all issues related to the activities of BCSE, excluding accountable to the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Supervisory Board ones, in accordance with Belarusian legislation and (or) the Charter.

Chairman of the Board
coordinates the work of the Deputy Chairmen of the Management Board, Executive Director who is a member of the BCSE Management Board;

coordinates the activities of:
Chief Accountant - Head of the Accounting and Reporting Division;
Executive Director coordinating the activities of IT Divisions;
Project and Process Management Division

Deputy Chairman of the Board
coordinates the activities of the departments in the following directions:
trading, clearing and settlement, listing;
registration of exchange-traded bonds;
registration of information on OTC securities transactions;
performing the functions of the National Forex Center;
providing information and consulting support to clients;
functioning of the risk management system

Deputy Chairman of the Board
coordinates the activities of the departments in the following directions:
planning and reporting;
personnel management and HR policy;
implementation of internal control, including compliance control

Deputy Chairman of the Board
coordinates the activities of the departments in the following directions:
record keeping and archiving;
economic support of activities, purchasing at the BCSE;
information, physical and cyber security, protection of personal data;
legal support, legal defense and compliance with the law in BCSE's activities;
internal audit
