The Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE) is the trading platform serving main segments of the organized financial market of the Republic of Belarus (currency, securities, derivatives, and money market).

Location

BCSE carries out the following activities: organization of trading and clearing, activities on electronic document management system (EDMS) and providing information services. In addition, BCSE performs the function of supporting indicative quotations on assets traded outside the trading floor, and acts as a central registrar of information about OTC securities transactions. BCSE has been entitled to perform the National Forex Center functions since March 7, 2016.

The main purpose of BCSE activity is to promote the formation of fully organized financial market that meets its members’ needs, providing the government with effective market mechanisms for monetar and fiscal policy implementation, for performing supervisory and regulatory functions.

BCSE is a member of the following associations:

the International Association of Exchanges of the Commonwealth of Independent States countries (IAEx of CIS);
the Federation of European and Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS);
the Association of Belarusian Banks (ABB);
the Association of Securities Market Participants of the Republic of Belarus (ASMP);
a partner exchange of the Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative
