The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus announces the additional placement of government bonds of 307th issue in the BCSE trading system from August 30 to November 1, 2023 on the following conditions:
Placement: auction-free open sale in the trading system (hereinafter – auction).

Issue number – 307;
Par value of a bond - CNY 1 000;
Par value currency – CNY;
Additional placement period – 30.08.2023-01.11.2023;
Issue volume - CNY 200 000 000;
Volume of the additional offering - CNY 19 000 000;
Maturity period - 1 827 days;
Maturity date - August 24, 2028;
Type of income paid on bonds - constant interest income;
Interest income rate - 3.8 percent per annum;
Interest income is paid annually during the trading period of the bonds on February 24 and August 24. Interest income for the last interest period is paid on the maturity date.
Auction conditions:
Bids collection period: 10:20 - 15:00;
Bids meeting period: 15:00 - 16:00;
prices at which bids are matched - the current value of the bond on the day of its sale;
Lot - 1 bond;
Payment currency - CNY;
Transaction amounts rounding decimal - up to two decimal places by the method of mathematical rounding;
Term (date, time) of obligations fulfillment under the concluded transactions on auction-free open sale is 15:00.
