How to participate in deposit auctions to place funds
 
To obtain the status of a deposit auction participant, a candidate shall:
  1. provide documents required to conclude an agreement on participation in deposit auctions or a comprehensive agreement:
  • Inquiry Form of a legal entity;
  • Power of Attorney for each trader or a copy of a document confirming the right of an individual to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (a copy of an extract from the minutes of the decision of the authorized body, contract, etc.);
  • other documents according to the List.
  1. conclude an Agreement on Participation in Deposit Auctions or a Comprehensive Agreement by sending an application for joining the agreement on participating in deposit auctions, or an application for joining the agreement on participating in deposit auctions and performing the functions of a deposit agent;
  2. get an access to the electronic document management system (EDMS).
