How to become a deposit auction participant
To obtain the status of a deposit auction participant, a candidate shall:
- provide documents required to conclude an agreement on participation in deposit auctions or a comprehensive agreement:
- an inquiry form of a legal entity;
- a power of attorney for each trader or a copy of a document confirming the right of an individual to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (a copy of an extract from the minutes of the decision of the authorized body, contract, etc.);
- other documents according to the list
- conclude an agreement on participation in deposit auctions or a comprehensive agreement by sending an application for joining the agreement on participating in deposit auctions, or an application for joining the agreement on participating in deposit auctions and performing the functions of a deposit agent;
- get an access to the electronic document management system (EDMS):
1st access option
In the case of absence of a public key certificate issued by the republican certification center you shall:
- go through the registration procedure as a client of BCSE certification center
- register individuals authorized to work in the EDMS, and receive cryptographic keys
- obtain and install the software and equipment of the EDMS.
2nd access option
If you have a public key certificate issued by a republican certification center, you shall provide the following documents:
- a customer inquiry form of the BCSE certification center;
- an application for joining the Agreement on the use of cryptographic information protection means in the EDMS of BCSE
