Deposit auction trading is carried out between the deposit agent (depositor) who initiates the deposit auction and the participants of the deposit auction (depositors).

The Ministry of Finance, local executive and administrative bodies, other republican government bodies, BCSE, legal entities - residents of the Republic of Belarus (including banks, individual entrepreneurs, notaries) and non-resident legal entities admitted to participation in deposit auctions can be deposit agents.

Deposit auction participants may be banks, non-bank credit and financial organizations, including the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus, their branches and representative offices located outside the Republic of Belarus, banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations established in accordance with the foreign legislation located outside the Republic of Belarus, their branches and representative offices located in the Republic of Belarus and abroad.

All actions in the trading system on behalf of the deposit agent or the deposit auction participant are performed by the deposit agent trader or the trader of the deposit auction participant, respectively.

Trader - an individual authorized by a deposit auction participant or a deposit agent to carry out on his behalf all actions necessary for the execution of transactions to attract (place) funds into a deposit during the deposit auction
